In transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 on every connection including the SIP leg. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and per-tenant keys.
Least privilege, logged
SSO and SCIM on business plans, role-based permissions, and an immutable audit log of every access to a recording — including by our own staff.
You set the clock
Choose 7, 30, 90, 365 days or indefinite. Delete any single call permanently from the dashboard; deletion propagates to backups within 30 days.
Five regions
Pin your account's data to the US, EU, UK, Singapore or Australia. Calls are processed in-region and never leave it.
Not on your data
Customer recordings and transcripts are never used to train models. There is no opt-out because there is no opt-in.

Reporting a vulnerability
Email security@tryorbell.com with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve critical issues within five. We do not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith, and we pay bounties between $250 and $15,000 depending on severity.
Please do not test against customer accounts. Ask us for a sandbox tenant and we'll set one up the same day.
